As one of our Legal Leaders, you will be responsible for leading, reviewing, supporting, and securing the legal aspects within the assigned areas of the businesses and operations in the UK and Ireland framework.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
1. Own Legal Matters: Take charge of legal topics for your internal stakeholders.
2. Inspire Growth: Develop and motivate co-workers to excel and grow.
3. Collaborate & Integrate: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide solutions that meet business needs.
4. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with international and local legal developments.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
1. Education: University degree in Law with excellent results.
2. Experience: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience post qualification.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This position is full time, you will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The principal location is working a minimum of 8 days per calendar month in Service Office, Wembley, and the remainder working remotely at home.
The role of Legal Leader will offer a starting salary of £85,000.00 plus the full IKEA benefits package.
