As an integral part of our HR function, youll play a vital role in providing exceptional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle with a heavy focus on recruitment. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our people strategies align with our business objectives.
* *Key Responsibilities:**
* **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Drive our recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires seamlessly. _This will be a main focus area and we are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and talent aquisition._
* **Employee Relations:** Provide expert advice and support on a range of ER matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
* **Offboarding:** Manage the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
* **Payroll:** Provide backup support to the payroll team during peak periods.
* **Performance Management:** Contribute to the annual performance management cycle, offering guidance to managers and employees.
* **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Leverage data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Champion initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
* **Employee Engagement:** Foster a positive and engaged workforce through various strategies.
* **Learning & Development:** Support employee development by identifying training needs and delivering effective solutions.
* **Organizational Effectiveness:** Contribute to organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
* *What Were Looking For:**
* **CIPD Level 5:** Essential
* **Proven HR Generalist Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in an advisory role
* **Strong ER Knowledge:** A deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices
* **Excellent Communication Skills:** The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
* **Analytical Skills:** A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data
* **Problem-Solving Skills:** A proactive approach to resolving issues
* **Project Management Skills:** The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* **Strong IT Skills:** Proficiency in HR systems and Google Suite
