THE ROLE:
We seek a cosmetics chemist to be part of the ALIANAz Innovation Laboratory in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge beauty and personal care products that resonate with our brand's vision and meet our customer's ever-evolving needs.
It is a full or part time on-site role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work on a next-generation product formula development from ideation to launch.
* Develop product prototypes, conduct testing, report results, and monitor & analyse trends.
* Contribute to the company’s growth by developing market-leading beauty products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience is not required, will be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in written and verbal English.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year plus bank holidays
