The Role:
* Implement the Retail Marketing strategy and tactical campaigns on Landsec owned digital and social channels, as directed by the National Campaign Manager.
* Support the Digital team in implementingthe digital strategy,pilot projects, new customer channelsand new technologies,including the Landsec Rewards Club and the new Landsec website rollout.
* Collaboratewithagency partnersto executedigitalmarketing campaigns and to onboard and implement new digital channels and platforms; support the National Campaign Manager inoptimising our agency partner relationships.
* Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum

* Being part of the Landsec Marketing team is really exciting, we work across some of the biggest and best shopping centres in the UK as well as working with the best brands, agencies and suppliers.
It’s a really exciting time to be joining out team as we will be launching new websites for all sites in the new year, as well as developing PLUS our members reward club. It is vital that our team has people with the right skills, experience and capability to ensure we deliver.
What you will be responsible for:
* Implement our ‘Entertainment First’ social strategy alongside agency providers, driving increasedreachandengagementto the relevantowned platformsof each asset including Meta and TikTok.
* Plan regional content for each campaign taking into consideration location targeting and centre segmentation, support the team on media campaigns.
* Use consumer insight to developbrand identitiesand contentthat resonate with each asset’s core consumer, delivering the appropriate tone of voice and proposition.
* Ensure content is moderated and deployed for the highest reach and engagement attainable while balancing the needs of Landsec brand partners.
* Work with social media agency to ensure all occupier offers, promotions are published in line with the 48-hourSLA.
* Collaborate withassetRetail teams, National Campaign Manager and Marketing Managersto sourcecontent andinformdigitalcampaignplanning.
* Work with the Performance and Partnership Manager to manage the analytics andchannelperformancetoenable effective digital KPI reporting.
* Manageand implementinfluencer led content across the portfolio, liaising with agencies,National Campaign Managers, Marketing Managerand Retail Managersto deliver timely and relevantcontent.
* Take the lead on identifying requirements and process for boosting social content withspend, andwork collaboratively withNational Campaign Manager andMarketing Managers to deliver robust tacticalcampaigns.
* Keep abreast ofconsumer trendsand behaviour, andnew and emerging audience channels; identify opportunitiesandmake recommendations where required
* Keep abreast of GDPR requirements and ensure all communications and channels are compliant as a matter of priority
Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential criteria
* Degree or equivalent
* Digital strategy implementation for B2B audience.
* Experience of project management and adoption of products and platforms
* Knowledge of various digital platforms and digital marketing products (ie CMS, Google tools)

The Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Review CV's
Once you have applied your application will be assessed against the required skills, experience and qualifications. Commonly you will be informed whether you move onto the interview process via a telephone call or email message within 2 weeks of your application being uploaded.
Stage 2: Interview
In most cases the interview process will take between 2-4 weeks with a single on-site interview that may be supported by telephone interviews. In more senior positions you may be asked to attend site and meet other members of the team for less formal interviews.
Stage 3: Offer and Contract
If you are successful a verbal offer will be made and your start date discussed before a contract and offer is sent out to you via the candidate account you applied through. You will be able to review and sign this online. You will be fully supported by Landsec's recruitment team during this process.
Stage 4: Onboarding
Once you have signed your contract you will be able to onboard through our HR system providing us with all the details and completing your benefit selection, your pre-employment screening and any additional onboarding tasks you may have.
