We are looking to appoint a friendly Assistant Cook to work in our busy kitchen.
Main duties will include:
1. Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and hygienic
2. Serving meals to the children
3. Washing up
4. Assisting the Catering Manager with the preparation of school meals
This position is for 21 hours, 30 minutes per week, Monday to Thursday 9.15am - 1.30pm, Friday 9.15am to 1.45pm, term time only, for a fixed term up to 31st August 2025.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable, and committed. A good sense of humour, flexibility, and willingness to be part of the team are also essential attributes.
Catering experience is essential.
This position will start on Scale 3 - Actual salary £12,044.
