You will be responsible for all aspects of cost management, from initial estimates through to final accounts. What does their Quantity Surveyor do; Cost Management: Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans to ensure financial viability. Feasibility Studies: Conducting studies to provide cost advice and assess project feasibility. Tender Documentation: Preparing tender documents and managing the procurement process for contractors and suppliers. Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
