Welcome to Textbook Teachers! We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Staff within Northamptonshire.
As the region’s only North Northamptonshire based supply agency, we specialise in working with your local schools to find you local work. We have an increasingly high demand for our services and require staff for day-to-day cover roles and long-term placements.
What are we looking for?
To place you successfully in the right school for you, we are looking for experience working with children or young people in a school or care setting. You may have experience providing additional support for adapted learning, or experience supporting learning in the classroom.
Throughout your day at the school, you will be building and securing relationships with the students that will only benefit yourself in terms of your confidence in being a Teaching Assistant and the students in feeling safe with you to help them grow!
What can we offer you?
* We provide a dedicated, personal consultant who will oversee your registration process, be in touch with you to offer you work, and liaise with your local schools to provide a 5-star service! We pride ourselves on building relationships and listening to your needs.
* We offer complete flexibility of full-time work, part-time work, or even the odd day once a month to work around your existing commitments.
* You get to choose between long-term roles and short-term roles, where you are able to test the grounds and schools before you commit to go permanent if you wish!
* We pay through in-house via PAYE, so there are no hidden umbrella costs which with some agencies, can make a substantial difference to your take-home pay.
* We offer regular and local work.
* We pay competitive and excellent rates.
* We provide subsidised Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education training.
* We offer a £100 bonus scheme!
Enhanced DBS checks alongside all mandatory safeguarding checks will be carried out by Textbook Teachers prior to work.
