A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Secretary to support a leading private healthcare professional in Bristol. This is a remote role with weekly in-person meetings in the Bristol or East Grinstead areas and offers a generous salary of £42,000 plus a performance-related bonus. You’ll be working closely with a surgical specialist known for exceptional patient care and innovation in their field. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is confident managing both professional and personal administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate an exceptionally busy diary, including clinic schedules, theatre bookings, and meetings.
Handle all correspondence, acting as the key point of contact for patients and professionals.
Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation, ensuring seamless logistics.
Keep professional registrations, insurance, and mandatory training records up to date.
Liaise with patients and gather regular feedback, addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally.
What Experience is Required
Previous PA or administrative experience within healthcare, private practice, or similar high-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence handling sensitive information.
Flexibility to manage occasional out-of-hours responsibilities and urgent requests.
