Join the Client Account Services team to manage market, regulatory, and product changes in Global Custody accounts.
As a Client Account Services Vice President in the Client Account Services (CAS) Markets Solutions team, you will manage market, regulatory, product, and strategic-driven changes impacting Global Custody market accounts. You will be responsible for managing market changes to ensure internal and external readiness, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate risk, meet regulatory compliance, and support clients. This includes agent transitions, regulatory changes including the review of changes to documentation requirements and any subsequent remediation, adherence to market entry rules, and product changes impacting client account structures. You will oversee the entire process, including preparing and standardizing client communications, tracking and reporting, and assessing system and technology impacts. You will primarily collaborate with Network Management, Agent Banks, Global Custody Product, and Global Client Account Services teams, focusing on regulatory compliance and industry standards.
The Client Account Services (CAS) department supports account setup and maintenance for internal and external clients. Core activities include facilitating account setup processes, managing new business initiatives and partnering with stakeholders to ensure account structures meet current and future market and regulatory requirements.
Job responsibilities
1. Manages market and regulatory changes to ensure readiness for both internal and external stakeholders, focusing on adhering to strict market deadlines, focus on client impact and creating efficiencies where possible.
2. Prepares and standardizes client outreaches, ensuring seamless execution for external clients and Sub Custodian banks.
3. Provided scoping and testing impacts on systems and technology.
4. Looks for ways to improve process’ and drive changes using automation and AI.
5. Provides support and training for the roll out of change and work with operational teams to implement changes to standard operating procedures.
6. Manages and drives remediation activity that may be required to existing account structures.
7. Re-documents market accounts by liaising with internal teams and our Sub Custodian banks to finalize and agree documents.
8. Reports on progress and supplying management information both to the wider program teams and stakeholders.
