The Opportunity

This Project Engineering Manager (PEM) role is within the Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) sector for the NATO JEWCS Project. The PEM is responsible for the success of engineering activities on their assigned project, leading day-to-day work packages, and ensuring engineering outcomes meet policies and improvement goals.
The PEM collaborates with the Head of Engineering Projects, keeps informed of project status, and supports internal and external engagements. They will also mentor and develop their engineering team.

What You Will Do
* Lead engineering aspects of the project, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
