Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements through detailed market research and competitor analysis.
* Collaborate with Sales, Credit Risk, Underwriting, Operations, and IT teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer needs.
* Present key insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders, shaping the future of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in Commercial & Bridging lending, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering change.
* Experience in developing mortgage propositions using market insights and competitor analysis.
* Ability to craft business cases and go-to-market strategies that drive commercial success.
* Knowledge of UK mortgage market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
* Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
