The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems across a range of critical contracts. The role requires an individual who can ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of plumbing systems in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine service and maintenance on a variety of plumbing and mechanical systems.
2. Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
3. Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Collaborate with a wider team to deliver seamless service across multiple contracts.
5. Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber
2. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
5. Willingness to participate in additional training and development opportunities.
