An exciting opportunity to join Darlington Hippodrome as a House Manager, the role is a contracted postion for 22 hours a week. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who will be the Manager on duty leading the front of house team.
The successful candidate ideally would have previous Management experience in a customer facing role, with desirable experience of being responsible for a team of staff and experience of working in a food and beverage business.
A House Manager at Darlington Hippodrome is the Manager responsible for building when on shift, managing the safety and well being of our customers and the Hippodrome staff. The Manager will be expected to lead and motivate the Hippodrome front of house staff and ensure that we are delivering a first class customer experience.andnbsp;
The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to a set rota but also have a flexible approach to working arrangements.
