If you're driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a better future, we’d love to hear from you About the role We’re looking for a skilled Building Management Systems Engineer to join our cross functional Engineering division. Using state of the art IoT and analytic platforms, you will be responsible for performing optimisation works and carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to deliver impactful solutions, and ensure smooth, efficient operations for our clients, on Trend, Cylon and Tridium systems. From commercial real estate to retail, hospitality, and pharmaceutical sectors, your work will make a difference across industries to deliver small and medium-sized projects. In this role, you'll: Innovate and Optimise : Perform optimisation engineering projects that deliver real results for our clients. Maintain and React : Lead planned preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure systems are always running at their best. Collaborate and Lead : Work both independently and as part of our dynamic team to deliver projects that range in scope and complexity. Create and Innovate : Create and modify software strategies to enhance system performance. Coordinate and Connect : Partner with client project teams and other trade professionals to execute seamless site works. Our contractual hours are 37.5 hours a week however due to the nature of the work and client requirements all engineers will be expected to be on call as per our company rota, for which additional payment will be made. What you’ll actually do Undertake site based and remote BMS system maintenance Fault finding BMS related controls issues and identifying the route cause from software to HVAC plant Delivery of project works including high level integration and energy optimisation Liaise with internal management, clients and third parties to achieve project goals Support installation and commissioning site works Develop and deploy BMS and energy optimisation works Support the growth of the business by expanding skills through development and training as well as sharing knowledge and skills with others to aid in growth of the overall project delivery team Work in a team environment; motivating and supporting all team members during the lifecycle of a project Build and maintain relationship with the clients, looking after the needs of their sites, and making improvements where applicable We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Tridium, Cylon, Delta also desirable.
