Installations Coordinator - Full Time Role About the Role As our Installations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the scheduling of our Installations team across the UK. You will oversee the successful completion of all jobs from being loaded for transport from one of our bases, right through to the arrival and installation on site. You will need to work in a highly professional manner, efficiently and effectively organising our employed and sub-contracted Installation teams, as well as liaising with customers and ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of Installs coordination of new jobs, including planning/scheduling and all aspects of logistics. Coordinate the delivery of projects on time, in full, and without errors alongside a fantastic customer experience. All associated arrangements and communication for dedicated/sameday transport and pallet freight, including obtaining quotes, making bookings, monitoring progress in line with ETA’s, and filing POD’s. Ensure all your team have the tools required to do the job, including vans, hand-tools, and any other equipment needed to ensure a high quality of work, which can be achieved safely and professionally. Liaise with the client to ensure that everything is in place for a successful, timely installation, and keep them updated promptly if anything changes i.e. changes to delivery. Requirements Scheduling experience. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and activities to ensure that all delivery metrics are met. Happy working in a highly reactive role where priorities and projects change rapidly. Good people person who can work well with all types of people. Flexible and able to do whatever is required to achieve goals and targets. Ability to maintain systems and processes – proactive as well as reactive. Calm and works well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment. Creative thinker who can find new solutions and ways to improve existing processes, working on own initiative. Excellent communication skills, and comfortable using phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication platforms. To be clear, this is very much an office-based role, working closely with and alongside the Project Delivery team.
