Description (Dependant upon experience level) Managing the accurate processing of end-to end payroll transactions. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies promptly. Working in close collaboration with the Accounting & Finance Department. Assisting with payroll reporting and audits as necessary. Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes. Profile A successful Payroll professional should have: A solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations. Proficiency in relevant payroll software. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
