Senior Marketing Manager

THE JOB ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the tech and/or Pharma space.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing, this is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be required to visit our office in Leatherhead (Surrey) twice a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market plans for all Datapharm products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Product Marketing Management: Oversee all marketing aspects of product launches, from initial planning and market research to execution and post-launch analysis.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.
5. Campaign Management: Design, manage, track and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns that support new product launches, both engaging existing customers and driving new revenues.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs.
ABOUT YOU
The following expertise and experience are required:
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and product launches (tech/pharma experience preferred).
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
4. Advanced Hubspot user - for both delivering campaigns and demonstrating ROI.
5. Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills.
6. Good commercial awareness.
7. Ability to make technical information engaging.
8. Good understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
9. Experience with data acquisition, data management, and knowledge of GDPR.
10. Motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail who is ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.
11. Highly organised and structured planner with the ability to deliver projects on time.
12. Understanding of Pharma and tech markets.
