We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit.

This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers. The expected outcome is increased sell out of our brands driven by best-in-class distribution, shelving, promotion and pricing execution.
How your agenda looks like:
* Integrated within the Field team (regional customers) and reporting to the Field manager Northern Spain, you would manage the overall mass market business in regional customers in Catalonia both in the retail and the food service channels.
* You should excel in managing a complex portfolio that includes a wide range of categories such as sauces (Prima, Kikkoman, Maille and Tabasco brands), Tuna & Seafood (Isabel, Cuca and Massó), Home & Personal care (Omino Bianco, WC Net and Chilly), Canned pineapple (Del Monte) or Tea (Twinings).

You will be part of the Field Team, reporting to the Field manager Northern Spain.
What makes you a great fit:
* Education: Bachelor's degree preferably.
* Work Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience as account manager in FMCG field.
* Technical Skills: intermediate level MS Office (Excel and Power Point).
* Analytical skills to build proposals to customers while managing customers and Bolton’s profitability. Sell-out driven, ability to negotiate.
* Local language: proficiency in Spanish is required and English would be appreciated.
