You'll be part of our Global Technology department and will be responsible for managing and maintaining our core enterprise infrastructure services to include cloud services and Azure based services.
Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
* Manage and maintain all aspects of IT infrastructure management, including patching, firmware and configuration optimisation
* Manage and respond to escalated support issues
* Ensure compliance with company standards, implement policy and process aligned to CIS standards
* Lifecycle management
* Produce MI reports and live dashboards
* Consistent delivery on all KPI’s
* Management of all cloud services backups
* Technical lead on all Microsoft 365 and End User Compute activities, including planning, management, implementation and documentation
* Provide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery support
* Awareness of emerging technologies, always seeking opportunities for improvements in services, security and optimisation of costs
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
* Subject matter expert in all Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive
* Extensive knowledge and experience of managing Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Mail Hygiene
* In-depth knowledge of Azure based services
* Experience of the following would be desirable: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SQL Server, Azure, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, ServiceNow
