Reports to: Governors, Headteacher & Head of Sixth Form
Contract: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time only
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 9:15am to 1:45pm preferred Monday to Friday
Pay: Grade 4, Point 7 of the NJC Local Government Pay Scale (FTE £25,584 per annum, actual £13,008 per annum)
From January 2025, we are looking to recruit a Sixth Form Study Room Supervisor & Careers Administrator to manage the Sixth Form Study Room and provide administrative support for the school’s Careers provision.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
1. A skilled and competent person to manage the Sixth Form Study Room
2. A commitment and desire to excel in a varied role liaising with staff and students
3. Good organisational skills to maintain the smooth running of the Careers provision
4. An excellent communicator, who has the initiative to work on their own and as part of a team
