Key Responsibilities: Senior Level Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director. Diary & Meeting Management: Manage the Director's schedule, plan meetings, and travel. HR Operations: Assist with HR projects, data analysis, and report preparation. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive matters with discretion (e.g., Tribunal cases, SARs).
