For this role the expected salary is £24,500 - £28,000 per year. Please note this role requires a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
What you’ll be doing
The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You will be based in one of our Magnet Concessions, working closely as part of a fast paced, sales driven and motivated team.
As a Kitchen Sales Designer in our Magnet Trade Concession, you will be focused on balancing design creativity with practical trade considerations. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and assist trade and retail customers in designing and purchasing their ideal kitchens.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships particularly with traders including builders, developers, and contractors.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to installation and aftercare.
* Conduct home visits to ensure accurate measurements and understanding of customer needs.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and project success.
* Utilise your design expertise and product knowledge to provide creative and functional solutions for customers.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer we are looking for an individual with a strong design background who is sales orientated and always willing to go the extra mile. Also, to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following attributes:
* Experience working in a sales-focused, trade environment.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* Technical proficiency.
* Collaborative mindset to work closely with traders to achieve common goals and the ability to handle disagreements or issues constructively.
* Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction among traders and customers.
* Flexibility around working hours within the concessions trading hours.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
