Recruit4Staff are proud to be working with their client, a leading UK designer & manufacturer, in their search for a permanent Sales Coordinator to work in their Wrexham-based head office.
What our client is offering for the successful Sales Coordinator
• Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE
• Hours of work: 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
• Permanent Role
• Company pension

The Role - Sales Coordinator:
• Initial handling of all sales/customer service e-mails and calls and escalating where necessary.
• Preparing quotations for customers and processing order requests.
• Processing orders, and checking the orders to ensure they have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Management of contract schedules for key accounts.
• Answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
• Working with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Arrange for the despatch of goods via courier and freight services worldwide.
• Collating sales figures and KPIs for the sales function.
• Data input to in-house IT systems and sales CRM.
• Providing after-sales support when necessary.
What our client is looking for in a Sales Coordinator:
• Experienced in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Experience in B2B sales and come from a technical products background - DESIRABLE
• Ability to work of own accord and work towards targets
• SAGE 50 Experience - DESIRABLE
Key skills or similar Job titles:
Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Sales Administrator.
