* What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:Sourcing high-quality leads independently and with the support of the BDR.
* Use sequences, calls, and tailored emails to engage with decision-makers.
* Work inbound leads on rotation.
* Attend networking events to find new leads.
* Build relationships with HubSpot Representatives to secure referrals and leads.
* Lead sales calls, presentations, and discovery sessions.
* Manage client handovers seamlessly with the client teams team.
* Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings and contribute to sales forecasts.
* Provide feedback to Marketing for campaign alignment and continuous improvement.
* Advocate for case study opportunities with every successful customer.

About You:
You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a growth consultant with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
* We’re Looking For:4+ years of B2B consultative sales experience.
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Must have experience with using HubSpot.
* Comfort with technology and digital tools—you’re not afraid of complex tech conversations.
