This small but ever growing pub co is looking for its next Assistant Manager to help supervise daily operations in a wonderful working environment.
You must be focused on assisting and training team members to a high standard and fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
We are looking for an experienced and energetic person who is 100% customer service focused and can bring passion to the role.
This fast paced pub offers a friendly working environment. The pub is food lead and experience in a similar setting is essential.

* Work with confidence as the ‘Assistant Manager’ bring ideas and innovation to the role.
* Previous Management experience, ideally gained in a gastro/ high quality fresh food environment.
* Excellent operational skills as well as a solid base of back office management.
* Financial understanding and be able to react to the ever-changing needs of the business.
* The ability to lead from the front and develop & train the team where required.
* A result driven and ambitious individual excited at the opportunity to grow the business.
* A passion for the industry and the challenges that come with it.

Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations in the hospitality environment, ensuring high standards of service and food safety.
* Manage and train team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring culinary excellence.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations and timely service.
* Implement time management strategies to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
Previous experience as a F&B Manager, F&B Supervisor, Deputy General Manager. With excellent communication skills and a track record of working in a successful property in the industry. You must be energetic and vibrant, as an Assistant General Manager you will be the face of the business, with a natural flair for hospitality and the ability to motivate and lead a team through your passion, standards and commitment.
