P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, temporary to permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to the sales team.
2. Updating prospect lists.
3. Coordinating preparation of agency/distributor agreements.
4. Achieve a prompt turnaround in preparing quotes for company products and services.
5. Liaise closely with Regional Sales Managers, agents/distributors and other departments within the company.
6. Achieve prompt turnaround in preparing and issuing commercial offer follow up until PO receipt.
7. Attend prospect list meetings and update operations team of incoming orders.
8. Prepare and issue updated prospect lists.
9. Manage the Order Intake weekly order spreadsheet.
10. Ensure all incoming orders, additional cost and adjustments are captured.
11. Carry out weekly audits of new orders on ERP system to check the data entered matches that on the CC weekly order list.
12. Update and issue the Global Order Record on a monthly basis.
13. Process PO's using ERP and liaise with engineering/sales teams to ensure the correct specification is configured.
14. Provide updated dashboard to Regional Sales Managers regarding agency agreements status.
15. Collate agency document packs for approval within compliance department.
16. Ensure all agreement documents are correctly filed in accordance with company policy.
17. Liaise with Chamber of Commerce, FCO and Embassy's for attestation when required.
18. Assist with completing & submitting vendor questionnaires.
19. Updating CRM/Global Order records.
20. Carry our stock take of brochures, and re-order via marketing as required.
21. Send brochures as requested by Regional Sales Manager and agents.
22. Assist with marketing brochures and banners preparation.
23. Prepare/update sales presenter slides for customer presentations.
24. If applicable, collate comments and suggest updates for brochure to Business Development Director/Marketing Manager.
25. Send customer satisfaction questionnaires on monthly basis and follow up responses.
26. Perform administrative duties, such as letters of invitation for visa support, PP letters for Regional Sales Managers, keeping sales records up to date and assisting with reports.
27. Apply for export trade approval requests.
28. Prepare product/service information pack.
29. Coordinate preparation for seminar, banners and backdrops for customer demo room.
30. Provide commercial and technical information regarding company products.
31. Perform admin duties such as preparing reports/forecasts.
32. Coordinate document submission for complex tender.
33. Any other reasonable verbal or written request which may not have been written in this job description.
Person Specification:
1. Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.
2. Previous sales experience (preferred).
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 14:00.
