This is a temporary Bank Support Worker role at Elysium Healthcare's Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, Somerset. Main duties of the job
As a Bank Support Worker, you will join a team delivering care and support to people with mental health conditions at the Wellesley Hospital. The role involves utilizing your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker to help service users lead a valued and fulfilled life. You will need a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance to work in this challenging but rewarding environment. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour shifts, and as a Bank worker on a zero-hour contract, you'll have the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Wellesley Hospital is a purpose built 73 bed hospital in the South West for men and women with mental health problems. On the same site there is a separate 13 bed service for people with a learning disability who may present with mental illness, personality disorders and an autistic spectrum condition.
