We are excited to be working with a Motor Insurance Market Leader, who are looking to recruit another talented Recovery Claims Handler.
Working in a stimulating team environment, you'll manage your own cases and have responsibility for the recovery of their clients uninsured losses sustained as a result of Road Traffic Accidents, from the at fault Insurer.
Customer Service is key to our Client and it's this focus and approach which makes them stand out in the Industry.
So while having Motor Claims experience will be advantageous, exceptional training is available, so your customer service focus and background will be most essential.
This is a hybrid role which will allow you the flexibility of working in the office and at home.
Key Responsibilities of Recovery Claims Handler:
Proactively manage your own caseload of recovery cases from notification through to conclusion, including losses for hire and repair costs, excess, pre-accident vehicle value, recovery, storage, and loss of earnings
Regularly communicate and manage relationships with Insurers, Clients, Solicitors, and vehicle Repairers
Communicating with the client to give them accurate updates on the process of their claim and ensuring we sign post the client accurately.
Investigate liability disputes to gather all the relevant information
Provide accurate updates to clients regarding their claim
To be successful as a Recovery Claims Handler in this role you will have:
Experience managing Motor Claims
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities
