About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (or an ambitious Account Manager ready to step up) who thrives in a smaller, agile team environment. You’ll have greater autonomy to manage clients and oversee activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility, requiring occasional travel to our Surrey office (only two days a week).
As part of a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio, developing innovative medical communications strategies, and delivering impactful projects across a range of therapy areas.
What You’ll Do
1. Client Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner. Lead meetings, provide strategic counsel, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
