My client is an international business with an excellent reputation who are market leaders in their field. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and expanding team based in Leeds.
The ideal candidate will need previous Customer Service experience and be a confident communicator over the phone and email.
As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:
1. Deliver a high level of Customer Service to clients
2. Assist the internal Account Managers
3. Manage all customer queries and complaints
4. Manage all queries successfully through to completion
5. Ensure all internal systems are kept up to date
As a Customer Service Administrator you will have the following skills:
1. Previous Customer Service experience is essential
2. Excellent written and verbal communication
3. Proficient on all Microsoft packages
4. Strong attention to detail
