What You’ll Do As a Receptionist, you will: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression. Handle and relay messages via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments. Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5-star customer service from the moment Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly and efficiently Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for the safety of our guests and colleagues Support with general administrative duties, including paperwork, reporting and front-of-house organisation Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure a swift resolution Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player who brings: At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer care instincts, with a calm and efficient approach to problem-solving Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems A flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times Why Choose Haulfryn?
