Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients, primarily within the sectors we serve. This position offers a clear pathway for career advancement, with the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Manager (BDM) role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Prospecting: Conduct high-volume prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, to create qualified leads.
* Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and potential value to the company.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our client base.
* CRM Management: Utilise the HubSpot CRM platform to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales
* CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or similar customer relationship management software.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
* Sales Acumen: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities.
* Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
