As the Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales consultants, define sales strategies, and work closely with the marketing, and customer support teams to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for developing sales plans, building relationships with key customers, and driving business development efforts.

Team Leadership:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and sales training to improve team skills and efficiency.
* Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable for achieving objectives.
Sales Strategy Development:
* Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target new business, expand existing accounts, and improve market share.
* Work with senior management to set sales forecasts, targets and KPI’s.
