Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Lead comprehensive IT procurement processes from initial needs assessment to final contract negotiations, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
2. Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key IT suppliers, driving negotiations to secure competitive contracts and ensuring superior service delivery.
3. Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategic cost-saving opportunities, manage procurement budgets effectively, and drive ongoing process improvements to maximize value.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT procurement activities adhere to public sector regulations and industry standards, while proactively managing risks to safeguard the organization.
What You Bring:
5. End-to-End IT Procurement Expertise: Extensive experience managing the full IT procurement lifecycle, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects that meet both cost-efficiency and quality benchmarks.
