Customer Service Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator for our client based in the heart of Rugby.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-4:30pm
Friday: 8am-1pm
Pay:
£13.65 p/h
Duties:
1. Office based role.
2. High level of customer service.
3. Dealing with customer queries.
4. Liaising with different departments & suppliers.
5. Sending and responding to emails.
6. Dealing with customer orders and queries.
What you'll need:
1. SAP experience ideally but not essential.
2. A positive can-do attitude.
3. A high level of attention to detail.
4. Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
