My client are an FMCG business established for over 50 years, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to join their team based in Gloucester This will be an office based role The Role Manage a team of sales support professionals Support the internal sales & customer service for the UK & Internationally Inbound customer and consumer enquiries and questions Arrange staff cover Manage QMS and NCR's Sales related logistics support Implement improvements for all customer facing interactions The Candidate Previous experience in either internal sales or customer service management Experience supporting a team of sales support colleagues FMCG experience is highly desirable but is not essential The Finer details Monday - Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm Friday - 8.30am - 12.30pm Up to £45,000 per annum bonus benefits If this position is of interest, please send your CV to Kelly at Landers Recruitment
