Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project Oversight: Manage all stages of project delivery, from feasibility and planning to final handover, ensuring each project aligns with the client's vision, budget, and timeline.
2. Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing senior-level relationships with key stakeholders and communicating project milestones and risks clearly.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor project teams, including junior managers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment that prioritizes professional growth.
4. Financial and Risk Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets to ensure financial targets are met, implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies to secure project success.
5. Quality Control and Compliance: Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and sustainability objectives.
6. Process Improvement: Champion process improvements within the team, using insights and industry knowledge to identify and implement efficiencies across project workflows.
Requirements
1. Experience: At least 7 years of experience in project management within high-stakes sectors such as healthcare, infrastructure, defense, or education, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
2. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and leadership abilities, with proven skills in managing diverse project teams and maintaining focus on strategic project outcomes.
