DX PMO Lead
Location: Cranfield/Remote
Pay: £51.83 p/h
We are recruiting for a DX PMO Lead for one of our automotive clients based in Cranfield. You will be working for a globally recognised automotive company. This is a long-term contract role that may run for several years.
Key Responsibilities of the DX PMO Lead:
1. Monitor projects & create new project plans.
2. Collaborate with CFT teams to define and implement DX projects that drive business growth.
3. Lead and contribute to the effective development of DX programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
4. Utilize project management methodologies (PMI/APM/etc.) and expertise to oversee project delivery, timelines, and budget adherence.
5. Provide strategic consulting, offering insights and solutions to enhance the business value of technology.
6. Communicate effectively with top executives and C-level management, presenting recommendations and programs.
7. Successfully manage project deliverables and keep to timelines.
8. Identify sources of funding and business development opportunities.
9. Expert knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
10. Manage budget, cost, and profitability.
11. Resource management skills and knowledge of tools.
12. High-level communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with other managers, teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
13. Experience monitoring and evaluating projects, programs, and portfolios.
14. Manage project-related flexibility, adaptability, and be resourceful.
15. Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
16. Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
17. Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
18. Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
19. Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
20. Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
21. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).

• Monday to Friday
• 39 hours per week
• £51.83 p/h
