We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join us here at Octavius Infrastructure, to help us deliver highways and roads projects in the North West of England.

You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
As Site Manager, you will lead and manage the site activities on our Highways schemes. You will oversee the construction of road infrastructure and drainage systems, ensuring work is completed safely, profitably, and in line with the programme. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, including the Project Manager and subcontractors, to deliver key projects for our valued clients. Our projects are delivered across a variety of frameworks, focusing on improving road infrastructure and enhancing the travelling experience for local communities.

You are skilled in collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals, including the Project Manager and subcontractors, to deliver key projects for our valued clients. You'll bring… (your wealth of experience & qualifications)
1. Significant experience in highways construction, specifically road building and drainage systems.
2. Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
3. SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
4. An industry-recognised qualification (Degree, HND, NVQ) in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
