We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Paediatric Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse to support the development of staff within the Emergency Department as a Clinical Learning Lead. The role will offer the opportunity to benefit from protected time to ensure training and supervision can be delivered and supported ensuring we provide outstanding clinical practice for children and young people within our department. You will support the development of skills and competencies of registered and non-registered staff within the department. This will involve assessment, supervision, feedback and work allocation.
