You will join a renowned team whose work spans three core areas: research, insights, and strategy. Every Strategist will work across all project types and all clients. As a Strategic Head, you’ll be supported by a line manager, a mentor, and a robust training program.
You are expected to inspire the team to achieve the agency’s gold standard at every step. On one hand, you will support the Strategy team in producing their best work. On the other, you will lead projects with senior clients and push your own output to new levels.
Responsibilities and Role
1. Brief interpretation: You will re-imagine the brief around a deep problem faced by the brand.
2. Research: You will codify and formalise existing research techniques and methodologies.
3. Brand strategy: You will lead on significant projects that cover all areas of brand strategy.
4. Brand identity: You will lead significant identity projects involving the creation of new brand assets.
5. Briefs: You will sharpen and shape creative briefs and briefings across the team’s significant projects.
6. Ideation: You will make decisions about which routes are to be developed and prioritised.
7. Presenting: You will lead significant meetings with confidence.
