FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Planner based in Dyce, Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis.
This role will serve as a central point of contact for various internal integration and restructuring projects, liaising with departmental managers and project leads to ensure these projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering internal business improvement or restructuring projects, with excellent communication, resource allocation and time management skills.
Main duties include:
•Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and Planner through Project Web App.
•Oversee the planning and execution of system development, system integration, and wider business restructuring projects.
•Consolidate individual project plans into a comprehensive master plan for the business.
•Collaborate with project managers to define scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
•Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays.
•Generate detailed reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics and potential bottlenecks.
•Facilitate coordination between teams, ensuring seamless communication and task alignment.
•Assist in risk assessment, change management, and mitigation planning to prevent project disruptions.
•Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with best practices.
Suitable candidates should have the following:
•Proven experience in a Project Planner or similar role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Planner and Project Web App.
•Excellent organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
•Ability to analyse data and create reports for stakeholders.
•Experience in resource allocation and capacity planning.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
•PRINCE2 / PMP Certification, or equivalent. (Desirable)
•Familiarity with risk management, change management and mitigation strategies. (Desirable)
•Previous experience in a fast-paced project environment. (Desirable)
