Key Duties
• Develop and evaluate the English curriculum for ages 11-16.
• Improve teaching strategies for students with challenging behaviour and SEN.
• Share best practices for managing challenging behaviour and SEN.
• Recommend resources for these students to the Head of Centre.
• Report on the effectiveness of English studies for these students.
• Implement baseline assessments to track progress.
• Regularly monitor and assess pupil learning.
