* We’re looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in an IT-based role. You should possess strong technical skills in a Microsoft environment, along with practical networking knowledge. Excellent customer service skills are essential, and you should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* As an L2 IT Support Technician, you will provide expert analysis, troubleshooting, and system & network monitoring for our internal end users. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance and support tasks, taking full ownership of issues until resolution, providing 2nd Line support. Your responsibilities will also include offering on-site and remote support to end users internationally, working with Windows Server (2012/16/19) and up to Windows 11, managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, and VPN connections, and utilizing your knowledge of the Office 365 environment. Additionally, you will address IT security issues related to networking, backup solutions, and spam/malware filtering.
