Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
* Work closely with Chef Endo and the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
* Bring creative ideas to the table, contributing to menu development and the overall culinary vision.
* Maintain the precision and artistry required for high-end omakase service.
* Support and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Michelin-starred restaurants.
* Expertise in Japanese cuisine and a passion for omakase dining.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Dedication to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement.
* Valid right to work in the UK.
