Job Title : Quality Assurance Engineer Salary : £36,000 to £40,000 Shift : Full-time, Monday to Friday Location : Droitwich Overview : We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee our Quality Management System, ensure compliance, drive improvements, and lead quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in quality assurance and a proven track record of leadership. Key Accountabilities : Review and document best practices through the Quality Management System. Conduct independent audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Champion continuous improvement and quality control activities across the business. Manage non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Create and manage quality plans and oversee risk management activities. Monitor health and safety practices and provide audit support during external reviews. Establish KPIs and provide regular performance updates to senior management. What We're Looking For : Degree in engineering, business management, or a related field. Experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or engineering. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Expertise in ISO 9001, with knowledge of ISO 14001/ISO 45001 advantageous. Certified internal auditor (ISO 9001). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
