My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our existing team at a large R and D site close to Reading. This is a Monday : Friday based position working 40 hours a week. This individual will be required to work on site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Hard Services including budgets, schedules, quality and risk and statutory compliance
* Develop and implement consistent maintenance management practices on site.
* Accountable for Operations Audit program for the client account
* Responsible for engineering budget and P and L
* Manage internal and external SLAs and KPIs inline with contract agreements
* Ensure maintenance is carried out in line with contractual requirements
* Manage all technical training requirements for engineers
The Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar position delivering technical Facilities Management services within a fast paced, high profile environment.
* Technically qualified within either mechanical or electrical disciplines with NVQ or C and G equivalent
* Experience managing and overseeing hard services including M and E and fabric services
* P and L and budget responsibility experience
* You are proficient with Word and Excel
* Technical or/and Authorised Person (preferred)
* Able to pass a DBS
