We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take our brands to the next level. This role isn’t just about strategy—it’s about delivering results.
You’ll be managing multiple marketing channels, shaping our brand identity, and creating high-impact content that brings real commercial value. If you’re a strategic thinker with a creative edge and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want you on board.
As well as this, you’ll have the opportunity to travel, working alongside our teams representing the brand at key industry events—both in the UK and internationally.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and execute the marketing strategy, working hand-in-hand with sales to drive business growth.
* Lead and project manage trade shows and major industry events—handling everything from logistics to content creation.
* Develop high-impact marketing collateral, working closely with Sales and Product teams to support our distribution network.
* Produce top-tier photography and videography to elevate our product launches and sales strategy.
* Manage social media and digital content, delivering engaging campaigns that generate leads and build brand authority.
* Take charge of print marketing, including catalogues, brochures, and packaging—ensuring our physical presence aligns closely with our digital one.
* Get hands-on with graphic design, using Adobe Suite to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Need to Bring
* At least 4 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in B2B.
* A background in product-based marketing—you understand how to position and promote physical products.
* Hands-on experience with videography, photography, and Adobe Suite—you can create and edit high-quality visual content.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into high-impact marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of both digital and print marketing—you know how to make content work across multiple channels.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment—you’re as comfortable working solo as you are leading cross-functional projects.
* Experience in the power tools or manufacturing industries is great, but not essential.
