Partner with Trusts and ICBs to implement FDP products, focusing on embedding new ways of working that drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Build a collaborative regional network to share best practices, training, and communication resources, enabling Trusts to learn from and support each other. Conduct detailed change impact assessments and provide targeted, hands-on support to help organisations meet delivery milestones and maximise platform adoption. Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, securing buy-in and ensuring alignment with regional and national strategic goals. Lead cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and guide Trusts to achieve sustainable, long-term success in adopting and embedding FDP. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in leading complex business change programmes, ideally within healthcare or similarly large, multi-layered environments. Expertise in structured change management methodologies, with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience working with IT systems or digital transformation projects within NHS or healthcare settings. Professional qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent. Familiarity with tools and techniques that enable data-driven healthcare planning, operational efficiency, and improved decision-making. Qualifications: Educated to masters level or equivalent experience in Business Change, Project Management, or a related discipline.
