Key Responsibilities: Produce Structural BIM Models : Create and manage BIM models using Revit for a variety of structural engineering projects. Coordinate with the Design Team : Work closely with Architects and other design team members to ensure alignment across all project aspects. Review Information Production : Oversee the work of other BIM Technicians and Engineers, ensuring high-quality production of information. Effective Communication : Serve as the point of contact for both internal and external parties on project-specific matters. Compliance : Ensure all duties are conducted in line with the CDM Regulations 2015, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
